This Privacy Statement will tell you how de Prey Consulting collects and uses your data. de Prey Consulting will use it to look after your interests in the best way possible and to ensure that Nikki de Prey can properly act on your behalf.  de Prey Consulting will make sure to collect and store your data securely.

The types of personal data collected

Where you are a client

de Prey Consulting’s Lawful Basis for Processing your personal data is based on the Contract held with you as set out in de Prey Consulting’s Terms and Conditions within de Prey Consulting’s contract.

Where you are not a client of the firm and have completed the contact form on de Prey Consulting’s website

de Prey Consulting’s Lawful Basis for Processing your personal data is your Consent which can be withdrawn at any time after which you will receive no further communication from de Prey Consulting.

If another individual or organisation has provided your personal data or if de Prey Consulting requires to include your personal data to properly transact de Prey Consulting’s client’s business

de Prey Consulting’s Lawful Basis for Processing your personal data is the Legitimate Interests of this company and its clients to properly and lawfully represent de Prey Consulting’s clients’ interests. This Lawful Basis for Processing also applies to personal data of individuals who have no connection with de Prey Consulting’s firm where de Prey Consulting’s clients instruct the Company to carry out such processing. Examples of such individuals are parents, spouse or partner, children and other minor relations or individuals sponsored by a sponsoring organisation. de Prey Consulting may process the data of de Prey Consulting’s client’s employer and landlord. Measures in place to ensure the protection of any Children’s or Special Category of data held

de Prey Consulting ensures any children’s or special category of data held are properly stored in de Prey Consulting’s access controlled data store which can only be accessed through a secure username and password.

Any data of this nature held in paper files, is held in secure filing cabinets within de Prey Consulting’s premises which are secured when unoccupied.

de Prey Consulting will retain your data in accordance with de Prey Consulting’s client’s instructions and any data retained within de Prey Consulting’s digital or paper filing system or storage will be subject to de Prey Consulting’s data retention policy.

We log visitors’ domain and IP address automatically; this information does not identify de Prey Consulting’s visitors as individuals, but only the computer being used to view the site. This data is used to inform us of which parts of de Prey Consulting’s site are being used and where, so that the Company can improve the site and its service to de Prey Consulting’s visitors.
